TowSense is a web-based towing calculator that helps users estimate whether their vehicle can safely tow a given trailer. The Service provides reference calculations based on user-provided data, a community-sourced database, and AI-assisted specification lookup.
Use of the Service

You agree to use TowSense only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service as a substitute for professional towing, engineering, or safety advice
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service

Accounts

TowSense is a reference tool only. It does not replace your vehicle's owner's manual, trailer documentation, or professional towing advice. You are solely responsible for verifying all specifications and ensuring your towing setup is safe.

Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of TowSense—including text, graphics, logos, and software—are the property of TowSense or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

TowSense integrates with third-party services including Clerk (authentication), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and Google AdSense (advertising). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to TowSense at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
